1. Glow your skin
Grate raw coconut and squeeze milk out of it. Apply on your face and arms. This helps in making your skin glow.
2. Enhance your complexion
Mix one tablespoon of orange juice and one tablespoon lemon juice in a cup of yogurt to make a paste. Apply it on your face as a mask and keep it on for 15 minutes. Wash it with cold water. This mask will enhance your complexion.
3. Prevent Wrinkles
Take pure castor oil and rub it between your palms. Apply it on your face at night to prevent wrinkles and to soften your skin.
4. Toning up your skin
Mix one tablespoon of honey and two tablespoons of fresh cream. Apply this mixture on your face and wash off after a few minutes. It works wonders for toning your skin.
5. Get rid of scars
If you have an old scar or there is excessive pigmentation on your body, rubbing a raw potato regularly on them will lighten them substantially.

    Lie on your front, legs wider than hip-width apart with toes pointing outward, head resting on your hands or turned to one side. Close your eyes and relax completely toward the ground. Let your pelvis, shoulders, and heels sink and your breastbone slump. Feel the skin on your face loosen, giving in to gravity. After three minutes or so, roll onto your back. Again feel the heaviness of your pelvis and shoulders. Let the weight of your head sink toward the floor. Let your skin be expressionless and heavy, molding to the relaxed skeleton beneath it. Feel as if your pores are open, your skin receptive and clear. When you get up, try to retain this sense of clarity and freedom from set expressions.
